These conditions describe what this site is, who may use the client area, and on what terms.

1. Who runs this site
This site is owned and operated by Dualtrend — Representações de Moda, Lda, tax number PT 505 011 336, registered at Rua de Brito Capelo 1147, 4450-078 Matosinhos, telephone +351 225 101 245, email dualtrend@gmail.com.
These conditions apply to anyone visiting the site and to anyone using the client area. By requesting client-area access, you accept them.
2. What this site is — and what it is not
The site has two parts: a public part presenting DualTrend and the brands it represents, and a client area reserved for retailers, where DualTrend provides lookbooks, image galleries, stock lookup, showroom booking and defect reporting.
This site is not an online shop. No orders and no payments are made here. The prices and quantities shown in the stock lookup are for information, refer to the moment they were loaded and do not constitute a contractual offer — orders continue to be placed through the usual commercial channels.
3. Access to the client area
The client area is for retailers. A registration request is reviewed by DualTrend, which decides whether to approve it: approval is a commercial decision of DualTrend's and is not automatic.
Credentials are personal and the account holder's responsibility, and must not be shared or passed to third parties. If you suspect your account has been used by someone else, tell us.
DualTrend may suspend or close an account, in particular when the commercial relationship ends or when these conditions are not respected.
4. Use of portal material
The photographs, lookbooks, spec sheets and other material provided in the client area belong to DualTrend or to the brands represented, and are provided so that you can promote and sell the DualTrend brands you carry. Specifically:
- you may use them in your own communication — shop, window, social media and sales material;
- you may not resell, license or distribute them to third parties;
- you may not publish them in bulk or make them available for public download.
The brands, logos and trade names shown on the site belong to their respective owners.
5. Showroom bookings
Showroom visits are requested in the client area. A request must be made at least 24 hours ahead and no more than 60 days ahead, and each client may hold at most 3 open bookings at a time. The requested time is held as soon as the request is made.
DualTrend may confirm the request, propose another time or cancel a booking; you are notified by email in either case.
6. Reporting defects
Reporting a defect in the client area is an additional channel, alongside the channels DualTrend already uses. Each report receives its own reference, which is used to follow the case in the portal.
DualTrend's reporting deadlines still apply: June 15 for the summer season and December 20 for the winter season. The form warns you when the deadline has passed but does not prevent the report — the decision on a late case is DualTrend's.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed: there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. Content — brands, images, stock — is updated over time and may change without notice.
DualTrend is not liable for losses arising from the site's temporary unavailability or from use of the content outside the scope described in these conditions.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data on this site — what is collected, on what basis and for how long — is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these conditions.
9. Governing law and changes
These conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
We may change them to keep up with changes to the site; the version in force is always the one published on this page, with the last-updated date shown at the top.
