Exchanges and returns
Conditions vary from brand to brand and from season to season. This page carries the general procedure and, brand by brand, the conditions we have published.
1. How it works
Exchange conditions vary from brand to brand and change each season — the dates in particular are set season by season. Always confirm the conditions in force with us before preparing an exchange.
For the brands we represent as an agent, exchanges are normally handled directly with the brand. For the brands we distribute, they are handled with us — in person, by appointment, or by email.
Each season's conditions are sent to clients by email. Those already published appear on this page, under the brand they belong to.
2. Returns
A return always requires prior authorisation: the request follows the same path as a defect report, and the piece should only be sent once that authorisation is given.
Outside defects and pieces shipped in error, returns are rare — unsold stock is settled by exchange, under that season's conditions.
3. Conditions by brand
Every brand in the portfolio is listed. Once a season's conditions are published, the brand gains its own section on this page.
